§ Mr. AlportMy noble Friend is always anxious to encourage Commonwealth journalists to visit this country. During the current financial year, ten journalists from other Commonwealth countries have been invited here at United Kingdom expense and suitable programmes of tours and visits have been arranged for them. Plans are now in hand to bring over further parties in the coming financial year. In addition, Commonwealth journalists visiting the United Kingdom under their own arrangements are given such help as they may require in fixing their programmes.
