§ Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what assistance has been given by the United Nations Technical Board to Commonwealth and Colonial Territories to make manpower surveys, with particular reference to the training and education of persons to qualify for the staffing of the civil service and the private sector of the economy of the respective territories during the next decade.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydA mission provided by the United Nations Technical Assistance Board is at present carrying out a manpower survey in Ghana.
