§ Mr. Ian HarveyNo. There has been a considerable and welcome decrease during the past two years in the number of attacks on British ships in the China seas. In no ease has there been difficulty in determining responsibility and an inquiry would serve no useful purpose. The hon. Gentleman appears to be misinformed about the Chinese Nationalist forces; they are not under the unified control of the United States of America.
