§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe rates of pay of employees of the East African Posts and Telecommunications Administration are identical with the rates of pay of similar grades in the service of the East African Governments and the East Africa High Commission. No representations suggesting that this is not so have been received by the Postmaster-General from unions in the three territories.
