Mr. Lewis

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will introduce the necessary legislation to enable Members of Parliament to submit to his Department, for reimbursement, all bills and receipts incurred in paying for their secretaries, postage, stationery, telephones, telegrams, travel, living away from home expenses, and all other expenses wholly and necessarily incurred in carrying out their duties to the State.
