§ 58. Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he is aware of the accidents which arise from animals straying on to the highways from unenclosed areas such as Ashdown Forest and whether he will take steps to improve matters in this connection.
§ Mr. WatkinsonI am aware of the danger from straying animals in such areas and, where necessary, am willing to authorise the erection of special traffic signs to warn motorists.
