§ Mr. Ripponasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the promised legislation to remove the anomalies regarding trustee status of local authority stocks and mortgages will be introduced.
§ Mr. PowellIt is hoped to deal with this matter in the legislation on local government foreshadowed by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government on 12th February.
