§ 95. Sir Plummerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when he proposes to initiate discussions with the United States of America, with a view to removing from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics embargo list items which have ceased to be strategic since the list was last revised.
§ Mr. Ian HarveyHer Majesty's Government do not consider that it would be either desirable or appropriate at the present time to propose a review of the Sovietbloc embargo list.
