§ 43. Mr. Oramasked the Secretary of of State for the Home Department whether he will place in the Library of the House of Commons a copy of the memorandum on the shopping habits of 122W the public and their views about closing hours which was prepared by the Social Survey for the Gowers Committee of Inquiry into the closing hours of shops; and whether he will arrange for the Social Survey to conduct a similar investigation to determine whether and to what extent those habits and views have now changed.
