§ 118. Mr. J. Rodgersasked the Postmaster-General whether he will consider making representations to the Government of India to ensure that Britain is not discriminated against on the question of air mail postage payable on letters from India to the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Marples:All the available information indicates that the air mail postage rates from India to this country are the same as for other European countries. I am, however, writing to the Indian administration, in case the recent change of currency there may have led to misunderstandings.
