§ Mr. J. AmeryMy right hon. Friend has decided that the certificate serves no useful purpose and will be abolished. The following is the certificate
This is to certify that I fully understand that it is an offence to attempt to smuggle unauthorised mail out of the M.C.T.C.; that I have been asked if I wish to complain as to the treatment received during my stay in the M.C.T.C.; that I have all my kit with me for release, all of which has been checked and inspected and is in good repair; and that I have had a bath, haircut, and medical inspection prior to release.
