§ Mr. T. G. D. Galbraith246 industrials are at present employed at the Royal Naval Cordite Factory compared with 587 a year ago.
The future of this establishment is receiving consideration in the light of the changing needs of defence, and I regret I am not yet in a position to make a statement.
