§ Mr. Selwyn LloydI do not know to what report the hon. Lady refers. The proceedings of the Human Rights Sub-Commission of the Council of Europe are not yet over and no report has therefore been prepared by the Sub-Commission.
§ 53. Mrs. L. Jegerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether proposals from the Council of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation or from the Secretary-General have yet been received by Her Majesty's Government in relation to the Cyprus question.
