§ Mr. Ian HarveyThe Committee of Experts set up on the recommendation of the consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe have submitted to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe a report on the draft European Convention on Compulsory Insurance against civil liability in respect of motor vehicles. This report is now being considered by the Ministers' Deputies. I cannot forecast when the draft Convention will be opened for signature.
