§ Mr. Iain MacleodI am glad to say that the following have agreed to serve, under the Chairmanship of Mr. R. F. Levy, Q.C., as members of the Committee of Inquiry on this subject—Professor A. K. Cairncross, Mr. T. Eccles, Mr. J. B. Solomon and Dr. A. J. H. Tomlinson. The Committee held its first meeting yesterday and interested parties are now being invited to submit evidence.
