§ Mr. MolsonIt is my policy to take guardianship of any part of the wall which is offered to me and I am trying to take into guardianship those few parts of the wall where serious deterioration is taking place. There are limits to the amount of work which can be undertaken at one time, and it will be necessary to proceed gradually towards the ultimate aim of having the whole of the wall in the Ministry's charge.
