§ Mr. CarrThe provision of apprenticeships is a matter for industry but as the hon. Member no doubt knows the adequacy of existing training arrangements in the country as a whole, in the light of the forthcoming increase in the number of school-leavers, is at present being considered by a Sub-committee of the National Joint Advisory Council of which I am Chairman.
