Mr. Dyeasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what applications to carry out village sewerage schemes he has received and sanctioned during 1956 and 1957 from the Swaffham Rural District Council and the Mitford and Launditch Rural District Council; and what has been the estimated cost of such schemes.
§ Mr. H. BrookeSchemes estimated to cost£65,000 have been submitted by Swaffham Rural District Council and are the subject of correspondence between the Council and my Department. None has yet been sanctioned, but work was started 109W during the period on two parish schemes costing£16,000 which had been submitted earlier.
