Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Works whether he is aware that the effect of the architecture on the South Bank of the Thames, as seen from 101W the Terrace of the Houses of Parliament, is spoiled by his Department's offices at Lambeth Bridge; and if he will take steps to put upon those offices some façade which will be less out of keeping.
