Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware of the shortage of water which has been suffered during the recent dry weather in parts of the rural district of Epping and Ongar in Essex, formerly in the Ongar rural district; and whether he will consult the local authorities concerned and the Herts and Essex Water Company to see what improvement can be recommended.
