§ Mr. WatkinsonThe council asked me recently to reconsider my decisions not to impose the 30 m.p.h. speed limit on this road and not to provide a pedestrian crossing in Grendon, and to make a personal investigation on the site. I regret I cannot do this at present, but I am arranging for a senior officer of my Department to make this investigation on my behalf and report to me.
