Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he is aware that many people disapprove of the right of shipowners to limit their liability in cases of loss of life or personal injury; and whether he will take such views into consideration before giving instructions to the representatives of Her Majesty's Government at the international conference relating to limitation of liability of sea-going vessels to be held in Belgium during October.
