§ Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when he will reply to a petition on the subject of leave privilege prior to retirement which was sent to him on the 16th March by Mr. R. Philogene, of Mauritius; and whether he is aware that the delay is causing hardship to an officer who has completed 42 years in Government service.
