§ Mr. Owenasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that units of the light clothing industry are in existence in the areas of Marylebone, Islington, Camden Town, and immediate areas in 105W London, operating factories in contravention of the 1948 Factory Act, and that by virtue of this they are a source of unfair competition; and whether he will institute an investigation and make a statement.
