§ Mr. ErrollNo such investigation has been carried out by, or on behalf of, the100W Board of Trade. My hon. Friend may be referring to a technical survey carried out by the Joint Clothing Council, now in liquidation, which is shortly to be published by the Stationery Office. The cost was met from funds contributed by the clothing industry to the former Development Council.
