§ Mr. Ian HarveyIt is the responsibility of the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe to convene sessions of Committees of experts which have been set up by the Committee of Ministers. No date has yet been fixed for the first meeting of this particular Committee, and so it is not yet possible to say when the Convention will be prepared.
