§ Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health to arrange to have placed in the Library copies of communications which are sent to relatives of patients certified under the Lunacy and Mental Deficiency Acts subsequent to their admission to mental institutions, conveying guidance relative to procedure for discharge and any other information concerned with the interests of the patient.
§ Mr. VosperAs there are no standard forms, I am sending the hon. Member two specimen copies of communications sent to relatives upon the admission of a patient to a mental hospital and to a mental deficiency hospital respectively.
