§ Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health how many voluntary patients in mental institutions giving the necessary 72 hours notice, during the latest convenient 12 monthly period, were not allowed to leave in accordance with the terms of admission; and in how many instances the voluntary basis of patients was changed by certification to compulsory detention.
