Touch on his investigation into certain aspects of the accident to a Royal Air Force Vulcan aircraft at London Airport on 1st October, 1956.
§ Mr. WatkinsonThe Report is being published this afternoon. I am in general agreement with it and its recommendations are being carefully considered. I should like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Touch for the great service which he has rendered in undertaking and carrying out this valuable technical investigation.
