§ Mr. Warbeyasked the Paymaster-General whether he will call for a special report under Section 121 of the Mines and Quarries Act, 1954, on the accident at Sutton Colliery, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, on 21st February, in which 23 miners were injured, of whom one has since died; and whether he will publish the report when received.
