§ Mr. AlportReplies from other Commonwealth Governments have not yet been received. Exchanges of views between Commonwealth Governments are normally confidential and their publication would detract from the frankness desirable in such exchanges. But the conclusions which the United Kingdom Government reach on the financing of economic development in the Commonwealth, in the light of the views of other Commonwealth Governments, will be communicated to the House.
