§ Mr. ProfumoThe post of Secretary for Organisation and Methods is at present in abeyance. The officer who holds this title is performing other duties in the Financial Secretary's office. The second part of the Question does not therefore arise. Most Colonial Governments employ officers on duties connected with organisation and methods.
