§ 61. Mr. Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government will undertake to pay compensation to any fishermen and others who may suffer financial loss consequent on the decision to close to 67W shipping vast areas of the Pacific Ocean for a period of approximately five months, in order to explode nuclear weapons.
