§ Mr. McLeavyasked the Minister of Health if he will introduce legislation to enable local authorities to inspect old-age pensioners' homes owned by charitable and other private organisations.
§ Mr. VosperSection 39 of the National Assistance Act, 1948, already empowers local authorities to inspect old persons' homes registered under Section 37 of the Act.
