§ 117. Mr. Willeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what action the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe has taken regarding the recommendation of the Consultative Assembly about fertilisers.
§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe recommendation was adopted by the Consultative 19W Assembly of the Council of Europe on 10th January and is due to be discussed by the Ministers' Deputies at their next meeting on 7th March.
