§ Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will give full particulars regarding the 1890 treaties between the British South Africa Company and the Northern Rhodesian African chiefs which were the subject of the motion proposed by Mr. L. H. Ngandu in the Legislative Council.
