§ 74. Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what were the reasons for the refusal of the Registrar of Trade Unions in Singapore to register the proposed National Union of General Workers.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydRegistration was refused because the proposed rules of the union did not comply with the provisions of the Trade Unions Ordinance. An appeal from this decision has been made to the Minister for Labour and Welfare.
