§ 33. Mr. John Hallasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what sums have been paid to Jordan under the Anglo-Jordan Treaty of 1948 since the Jordan Government announced their wish to end the Treaty before its expiration in 1963.
§ Mr. Selwyn LloydSince the Jordan Government's announcement of 27th November last, £1,400,000 has been paid to the Jordan Arab Army out of the British subsidy. In addition, outstanding bills of £162,500 have been met on their behalf.
