HC Deb 05 February 1957 vol 564 c39W
Sir A. Bossom

asked the Minister of Labour how many Hungarian refugees have been found work in agriculture or horticulture, in the country as a whole and in the county of Kent, respectively.

Mr. Iain Macleod

I regret that statistics are not available, but I can say that only a small number of refugees have agricultural or horticultural experience and the number who have taken work in these occupations is few.
