To consider whether there is need to continue after 31st December, 1958, the provisions of the Tenancy of Shops (Scotland) Act, 1949.Mr. I. H. Shearer, Q.C., has accepted the chairmanship of this Committee and I hope to announce very shortly the names of the other members.
