§ Mr. Mulleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what reply he has sent to the Sheffield City Council in answer to its resolution of 3rd December, which has been sent to him, asking for consideration to be given to a reduction in the tax on fuel oil used by public service passenger transport vehicles, in view of the increasing difficulties of maintaining an adequate transport service at reasonable fares.
