HC Deb 17 December 1957 vol 580 c33W
45. Mr. Lewis

asked the Prime Minister whether he still employs Mr. Wyndham in the formal position of temporary civil servant as his part-time personal assistant or adviser; what other persons are officially employed by him or his Department on such a basis; and what payment is made 10 these employees from Treasury funds.

Mr. R. A. Butler

I have been asked to reply.

Mr. Wyndham is one of my right hon. Friend's full-time private secretaries and is not paid; my right hon. Friend has no other unpaid private secretaries and has no part-time personal assistants.
