§ 60. Dr. Dickson Mabonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what advice he has circulated to local authorities which have received applications for housing accommodation from 29W persons to be evicted from decontrolled houses in October, 1958, under the Rent Act, 1957.
§ Mr. MaclayWhile I have not felt it necessary to give any specific advice, I asked local authorities last June to do everything they could to assist people who might be affected by the Rent Act.
