§ Mr. H. BrookeMembers may claim these allowances, in the same circumstances in which members of local authorities may claim them, under Part VI of the Local Government Act, 1948, and the Local Government (Allowances to Members) Regulations, 1954 (S.I. 1954 No. 397) made under that Act.
