§ Mr. ProfumoThis publication as such is not proscribed in Uganda, but one issue, Volume 10, No. 34, dated 17th May, 1953, has been proscribed because it carried an article on the Kenya emergency which, it was considered, was liable to provoke inter-racial strife.
