§ 81. Mr. Healeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what reply he will make to the proposals of the Polish Government concerning the stationing of atomic weapons in Central Europe.
§ 86. Mr. Swinglerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has considered the Polish Government's proposals to prevent the spread of the nuclear arms race to Central Europe; and if he will offer to initiate a conference of the Governments concerned to discuss these proposals.
