§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreA decision in principle was reached at Bermuda and the details are a matter for bilateral arrangement. Nevertheless, as my right hon. Friend, the Prime Minister, pointed out in answer to a Question on 5th December by the hon. Member for Ashfield (Mr. Warbey), these and other similar questions will no doubt be discussed at the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Conference starting today.
