Mr. C. I. Orr-EwingThe fire which broke out on 26th November in a hangar at Akrotiri was almost certainly due to sabotage. It destroyed one Canberra aircraft. Three other Canberras and one Venom have been so damaged that they have had to be written off. Apart from the hangar itself, the remaining damage was small. Steps to tighten security still further are being taken.
