Member is referring to the proposal in the Outline Treaty of Assurance offered by the Western Powers at the 1955 Geneva Conference of Foreign Ministers for the limitation and control of armed forces and armaments on both sides of the line of demarcation between a re-unified Germany and East European countries the answer is that Her Majesty's Government stand by that proposal.
