Members who suffer death or injury whilst travelling on Parliamentary business do not extend to those all-party delegations invited by Ministers to inspect the work of their respective Departments; why the visit of the all-party delegation to the Royal Air Force Station, Waddington, on 26th September, and the proposed flight in the Vulcan bomber by two hon. Members, were specifically excluded; and what was the estimated saving achieved by these exclusions.
